Your resume is some of the most personal data you own. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, avatar) from the provider you sign in with; the resume and profile data you import or upload; and usage data such as which features you use and your credit balance.
2. How we use it
To create your account, generate WinRate™ scores and tailored resumes, process credit purchases, and improve the product. We never sell your personal data or your resume content.
3. Analytics & cookies
We use Google Analytics (gtag.js) to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google sets cookies and may process aggregated, de-identified usage data on our behalf; we do not send it your resume content. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies. We also use a cookie to remember your language choice.
4. How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to the systems and people who need it to operate the service, and authentication is handled by trusted providers.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights — including under Colombia’s Ley 1581 and the GDPR where applicable — contact us and we’ll respond promptly.
