What is a WinRate™ score?
It’s a 0–100 estimate of how well your profile matches a specific job, based on the skills, keywords and experience that real applicant-tracking systems weigh. Green means strong, amber means optimize, red means major gap.
How do credits work?
Actions like generating a tailored resume or running a gap analysis cost credits. You buy credits in packs and spend them only when you use a feature — nothing is subscription-locked, and credits don’t expire.
Is my data safe?

Will the AI lie or invent experience?
No. Our resume generation reorganizes and sharpens what’s already true about you to match a role — it never fabricates jobs, titles or credentials.
Do you support Spanish?
Yes. RecruitMe is fully bilingual (English and Spanish) and built Colombia-first. Switch languages anytime from the toggle in the navigation.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
There’s no subscription to cancel. Unused credits stay in your wallet. For billing questions, contact our support team and we’ll make it right.
